How do I place an order?

From there, our team will work closely with you to ensure the requested service best matches your needs!

How many days in advance should I place the order?

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible! For large flat lays and multidimensional tables, we ask for at least 3 weeks notice. For smaller orders, we ask for a week's advance notice. We will do our best to accommodate for any orders that don't fall within our timeframe. Please contact us for our availability!

How do I cancel my order?

We understand, things happen! Please contact us immediately so we can best accommodate your cancellation. Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in detail during the contacting process.

Do you deliver and if so, is there a fee?

We offer delivery to select locations within the Twin Cities metro for an additional fee. Delivery availability and pricing will be determined during the intake process, and our delivery procedures will be discussed at that time. Delivery fees apply ONLY to boards, cups, boxes, and salads—items that do not require on-site setup. There are no delivery fee for grazing tables. Typical delivery fees range from $10–$20.

What about customization and food accommodations?

All of our services are unique in their own way and we are committed to ensuring a grazing experience that feels special to you and your guests! Our customer intake process will ask specific questions about any food accommodation or customization requests. However, please keep in mind that our products are created in a kitchen that processes nuts, gluten, dairy, celery, soy, garlic, coconut, and other allergens and there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source our ingredients from small local businesses whenever possible! Due to the nature of our business, contents and florals included within our boxes may change due to availability and seasonality.

Are you food-safe certified?

Yes, A Grazing Fare's staff are Minnesota Certified Food Protection Managers and trained in safe food handling!

How long will my grazing box/charcuterie board last?

Your goods are the best and freshest the day of! Boxes and boards are safe to eat for up to 7 days if refrigerated properly. They are not safe to eat if they have been outside of the fridge for more than 4 hours. We recommend consuming within 3 days with proper storage for the best charcuterie experience!

What are 'Add Ons'?

Add ons are different elements we can add to elevate the grazing experience! A few of our add-ons are compostable plates, napkins, and cutlery, as well as extra greenery/florals.

Refund + Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 4 or more weeks before your event are fully refunded, 2 to 4 weeks out can be credited toward a new order within 12 months, and cancellations within 2 weeks of your event date are unable to be refunded or credited due to preparation already underway. To cancel, simply email us at agrazingfare@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.
